The servo power system for injection molding machines covers a power range of 5.5-160kW, with system pressure covering various specifications such as 14MPa and 17.5MPa. The greatly increased system pressure (exceeding 20MPa), enriched bus interfaces, and optimized control solutions enable the entire system to achieve faster speed, higher precision, and more reliable and stable performance. The system can meet the performance requirements of high-speed machines (injection acceleration >0.5g, unloaded 0-2000rpm acceleration time of 25ms, loaded 450-2000rpm acceleration time of up to 50ms), all-electric injection molding machines, and hybrid oil-electric injection molding machines.
