A full-automatic block forming machine is mainly composed of belt conveyor, vibration forming machine (host), plate feeder, brick discharging machine, palletizer, control cabinet, hydraulic pump station, etc. The vibration forming device is the core part of the block forming machine, and its performance directly determines the quality of the machine itself and the formed blocks. The block forming machine can be divided into table vibrator and mould vibrator according to different action positions of vibration sources. The block former can be driven by electric motor, hydraulic motor and frequency converter.

It can be seen from the above data that compared with direct drive of motor or hydraulic motor, VFD has obvious advantages, and its characteristics are as follows:

  • One-to-two control or one-to-four control; Speed command is multi-stage speed control; Use 485 communication multi-terminal speed frequency, and change different frequencies for different brick types to achieve perfect vibration and reduce mechanical loss; The frequency converter adopts V/F control mode; Fast acceleration and deceleration time, saving forming time and increasing production capacity; Small starting current and less impact on power grid

  • Dynamic braking with external braking resistor; high starting current mitigated by over-current stall prevention function.

  • The motor starts smoothly with small mechanical impact; Low temperature rise of the motor is beneficial to long-term stable operation of the motor; High energy transfer efficiency and energy saving; Good compactness of masonry molding

  • The VFD has unique AVR function, which can output sufficient voltage to drive the motor to work in case of low grid voltage
