Features

1. Advanced open-loop vector control performance

Starting torque 0.5Hz/150%, speed control ratio 1:200,

dynamic response < 20ms, speed control accuracy ± 0.5%

2. Fast current limiting

When exceeding the limit, the current can be quickly limited to within the limit, avoiding frequent overcurrent alarms caused by sudden loads or disturbances.

3. Unique speed tracking

Requiring no special hardware detection circuit, it can track the motor speed and direction quickly without any impact. It is especially suitable for fans, pumps and other equipment that requires speed tracking.

4. Overexcitation function

Rapid braking effect can be achieved without adding external brake resistors and other accessories;

It can suppress the rise of bus voltage during deceleration to avoid frequent over-voltage fault alarms. Additionally, it can brake quickly, meeting the requirement of quick stopping at shutdown.

5. Instantaneous power loss without shutdown

In the event of a momentary power failure or sudden voltage drop, the VFD reduces the output speed and compensates for the voltage drop by feeding energy back through the load, so as to maintain the drive in operation for a short period of time.

6. Designed with extended service life

Refined design with long service life devices, to ensure the health and stability of the product throughout its life cycle;

The unique conformal coating automatic spraying process increases the environmental resistance of a single board and comprehensively improves the protection of a single board.

7. Reliable thermal design

The computer thermal simulation method is used to analyze the temperature of each monitoring point, and the maximum temperature rise inside the product is estimated according to the air velocity field diagram and temperature field diagram, which provides a quantitative basis for the reasonable structure of the product.

8. Independent airduct design, resistant to various harsh pollution environment

The independent airduct design can effectively prevent dust from entering the VFD which may cause short circuit and other faults, and improve reliability;

9. Long-life cooling fans with large air volume are selected to effectively reduce the temperature rise of the VFD and ensure reliable and stable operation of the VFD.
